Payroll Administrator – Part Time – Cheltenham
Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting an experienced payroll administrator for our longstanding Cheltenham client. An opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward thinking, lively environment in the centre of Cheltenham. My local and national award-winning client require someone to take sole responsibility for the payroll function.
A hard working, confident communicator you will be responsible for; end to end payroll, processing timesheets, calculating overtime, processing of statutory sick, holiday, maternity and paternity pay, auto enrolment pension scheme, dealing with queries and ensuring all records are maintained and updated. You will be working closely alongside the Financial Controller and may be required to assist with other ad hoc financial administrative duties.
Experience of SAGE Payroll is advantageous but not necessary, experience of a similar position processing payroll for 50+ employees. Ability to manage your own desk and work to strict deadlines. Confident and outgoing, ability to work in a busy fast paced environment, dealing with queries.
