Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk for our successful manufacturing client based in Gloucester. Joining a thriving finance team, his will be a permanent and full-time position that is being offered with an attractive package.
You will be responsible for, checking sales orders against quotes, checking purchase orders against sales orders, processing a high volume of invoices, reconciling the sales ledger, proactively resolving any credit control issues, assisting with cash flow reporting and assisting with month and year end projects. Although predominantly a sales ledger role there will be ad hoc all round finance duties involved as well.
This is a busy role and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is essential. You will need previous experience of a similar role, strong communication skills, confident liaising with both finance and non-finance staff, experience of Sage or a similar accounting package, confident user of MO including Excel, highly numerical with attention to detail.
