Bruckshaw Associates are currently recruiting an experienced finance assistant to join our Gloucester based client, working in the Insurance industry you will be an integral part of an efficient, friendly and hard-working team.
Reporting to the finance manager the role will consist of both dealing with the insurer accounts and more mainstream financial accounts. Main duties will be, reconciliation and settlement of payments due, daily posting of cash/cheque/credit card payments, maintaining credit control of any overdue customer accounts, covering all ledger work both purchase and sales, reconciliations, expense claims and any other duties as requested by the finance manager.
Experience of a busy accounting function, strong excel and Microsoft office skills, the ability to switch between tasks, good communication, attention to detail, problem solver who can think on their feet.
