Our Worcester based client in the Insurance sector are looking to add a Credit Controller to their team. Reporting in to the Credit Control team leader, you will be part of a team responsible for all ‘day to day’ the Credit Control functions. These duties will include but not be limited to - Maximisation of cash receipts and reduction in debtor days of all Company Ledgers. Communicating with Customers by Telephone, Email and Letter to ensure payments are made within agreed payment terms. Liaising with other teams within the accounts team, in particular updating the Sales Ledger accounts. Identifying and resolving any disputes, liaising with the relevant departments to resolve any queries in a timely manner.
You will need a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, need to be able to work under pressure, experienced of suing accounting packages and a confident user of MO including Excel.
