My industry leading, Gloucester based client are looking to recruit a temporary credit controller to their well established team. Reporting to the finance manager the Credit Control Administrator will assist with the improvement of cash-flow by timely collection of sale ledger debts.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Achieve monthly cash collection targets
• Chase debt and update progress onto system
• Issue statements to customers
• Clear communication with sales team and internal departments
• Provide holiday cover for colleagues within the department
Requirements:
• Previous credit control experience
• Strong analytical skill
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A professional manner when liaising with customers
Aptitude and team fit:
• Excellent level to attention and detail
• Be target driven
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a confident and professional manner
