Max Bruckshaw - Managing Director
(aka The Big Boss)
Background: 15 years successful experience within accountancy recruitment in the Midlands and Gloucestershire. Set up Bruckshaw Associates in 2001 with the objective of becoming the leading financial consultancy in the area. Impressive track record recruiting locally within practice and senior industry.

Jenny Bruckshaw - Managing Director
(aka the real boss!)
Background: Has been in financial recruitment for more years than she will admit to! Worked for two of the major financial recruitment companies in the '90s in Bristol and the Midlands before setting up Bruckshaw Associates in 2001. Concentrates on senior industry appointments. Passionate about the business and the integrity/quality of service provided.

Clare Shearer - Business Manager
Background: Over 10 years' experience in financial recruitment having worked previously for two national recruitment firms along the M4 corridor. Joined Bruckshaw Associates six years ago and during this time has successfully built market share in senior interim appointments and MD led recruitment of senior finance staff. Concentrating currently on key client account management.

Kat Paterson-Browne - Senior Consultant
Background: Graduated in 2007 from Exeter University and then joined Bruckshaw Associates from a sales and marketing background in early 2008. Works on permanent and temporary vacancies.

Chloe McIntosh - Consultant
Background: Has been in financial recruitment for 5 years, starting in the South Wales market before relocating to Cheltenham in early 2008. Joined Bruckshaw Associates in summer 2010. Specialises in accountancy support temporary and permanent roles including part-qualifieds.

Joy Elkins - Office Manager
Background: Joined Morgan West in 1999 and helped set up the Cheltenham office. Managed the Cheltenham branch until second maternity break in 2007. Joined Bruckshaw Associates in 2008 on a part-time basis and oversees back office functions including initial candidate registration, payroll, finance and IT.

Vicky Gold - Consultant
Background: Vicky worked in both practice and industry before joining Bruckshaw Associates in 2007 and therefore brings first hand experience of being both a candidate and a client when recruiting. As such she's achieved great results when recruiting across both sectors and has been pivotal in establishing the quality levels of service for which Bruckshaws is renowned. Currently on maternity leave looking after baby George and we're all very much looking forward to her coming back later in the year.

Keith Kleinstuber - Non-Executive Director
Background: Keith spent his early career qualifying CIMA with Cadbury before moving through finance and strategy roles at various blue chip organisations throughout the UK and Ireland until he became Group Finance Director for one of the Midland's most prestigious employers. As a regular recruiter at all accountancy levels Keith brings wide experiences of what a client wants from Bruckshaws but perhaps more pertinently having such a professional, objective and calming influence at quarterly Board meetings has greatly assisted in the strategic growth of Bruckshaw Associates over the last ten years.
